فرحناز فروتن، روزنامهنگار ساکن کابل اخیرا مقالهای درباره ایاز نیازی، روحانی سرشناس نوشت که هفتهٔ پیش در کابل در یک حمله تروریستی جان باخت. این مقاله که در وبسایت فارسی بیبیسی منتشر شد، به بازخوانی موضعگیری جنجالی ایاز نیازی در برابر قتل وحشتناک فرخنده ملکزاده پرداخته است.
فرخنده، دختر مسلمان و محجبهای بود که در زمستان ۱۳۹۳، پس از آن که شایعه شد که به قرآن توهین کرده، در روز روشن زیر ضربات مشت و لگد دهها مرد در بستر خشک رودخانه کابل به قتل رسید و سپس جسدش را به آتش کشیدند.
ایاز نیازی، تقریبا بلافاصله پس از مرگ فرخنده، از قتل فجیع او حمایت کرد و به دولت هشدار داد که دستگیری عاملان قتل فرخنده به قیام منجر خواهد شد. ناگفته پیداست که این موضعگیری او، با توجه به خشم عمومی، عامل اصلی مسامحه دولت در پیگیری پرونده قتل فرخنده بود.
با اینحال، چند روز پس از قتل فرخنده، گسترش واکنشهای مردم و فعالان جامعه مدنی به موضعگیری مولوی ایاز نیازی، او را واداشت که از موضع خود عقبنشینی کند. او رسانهها را متهم کرد که سخنان او را تحریف کردهاند و نیز اینکه به او گفتهاند شایعه «توهین به قرآن» که در نتیجه آن فرخنده ملکزاده به شکل بیرحمانه به قتل رسید، نادرست بوده است. مولوی نیازی سپس به خانه فرخنده رفت و بابت موضعگیری قبلی خود عذرخواهی کرد.
خانم فروتن در مقاله خود استدلال میکند که این روحانی سرشناس، هرچند بابت موضعگیری خود عذرخواهی کرد، اما هیچ وقت نگفت که در کُل قتل یک انسان بدون محاکمه و تبیین جرمش غلط است. برعکس، مولوی نیازی در همان واکنش اولیه دیدگاه خود را تصریح کرد که وقتی کسی به مقدسات توهین میکند «مردم مکلف نیستند که بپرسند این فرد اعصابش جور است یا نه.»
هیچ سندی وجود ندارد که نشان دهد مولوی نیازی تا زمانی که زنده بود، از این دیدگاه خود عقبنشینی کرده باشد. بنابراین، منطقی است که فرض بگیریم آقای نیازی همیشه باور داشته که وقتی کسی به مقدسات توهین میکند «مردم مکلف نیستند که بپرسند این فرد اعصابش جور است یا نه.» بنابراین، او طرفدار محاکمه صحرایی افرادی بود که به درست یا غلط متهم به توهین به مقدسات اسلامی میشوند، حتی اگر آن فرد دچار مشکل روانی باشد.
با اینحال، نکتهٔ اصلی خانم فروتن در واکنش به «قدیسسازی» یا «گنهکار» جلوه دادن ایاز نیازی از سوی کاربران اجتماعی است و میگوید: «در نهایت مولوی نیازی قربانی تروریسم شد که خود نوعی انتقام صحرایی و خودسرانه است. فارغ از آن که چه کس یا گروهی در ترور مولوی ایاز نیازی دست داشته و به چه دلیل دست به این قتل زده، قتل مولوی نیازی به همان اندازه غیرقانونی و منزجرکننده است که قتل فرخنده ملکزاده.»
واکنشها: از تهدید و توهین تا سبکانگاری قتل فرخنده
این مقاله با مخالفت شدید اکثر کاربران شبکههای اجتماعی افغان روبرو شد. از نگارش و استدلال محتوای نظرات کاربران چنین برمیآید که بیشتر آنها از فهم و سواد کافی برای درک استدلال مطرح شده در مقاله را ندارند و به احتمال زیاد حتی آن را به درستی نخواندهاند.
سطحی بودن واکنشها به این نوشته هرچند ممکن است از اهمیت بنیادین آن بکاهد، اما نباید فراموش کرد افرادی که فرخنده ملکزاده را در روز روشن به قتل رساندند و جنازهاش را سوزاندند نیز، از سواد و درک کافی برخورددار نبودند.
ویژگی مهم این واکنشها «جمعی بودن» آنهاست. به عبارتی، مجموع واکنشهای مخالف به این مقاله در واقع ذهنیت جامعه افغانستان نسبت به استدلال و تفکر عقلپسند را در قیاس با اعتقادات «پرسشناپذیر» دینی و یا ارادت آنها به چهرههای مذهبی را نشان میدهد.
با مرور بیش از هفتصد نظر کاربران شبکههای اجتماعی (تا لحظه نگارش این مقاله) زیر پست مربوط به این مقاله در صفحه رسمی خانم فروتن، میتوان آنها را به این دستههای کلی تقسیم کرد:
سبکانگاری قتل فرخنده: از فحوای بخش زیادی از نظرات چنین برمیآید که قتل و شکنجه فرخنده موضوع کماهمیتتر از ترور مولوی نیازی است و نباید این دو موضوع به هم ربط داده میشد.
عذرخواهی ایاز نیازی از خانواده فرخنده: کاربران زیادی هم عذرخواهی مولوی نیازی از خانواده فرخنده را برجسته ساختهاند و معتقدند این عذرخواهی موضعگیری اولیه این روحانی را جبران کرده است.
حمله به جنسیت و شخصیت نویسنده: تقریبا هیچ نظری را نمیتوان یافت که در آن به نحوی به زن بودن یا شخصیت خانم فروتن حمله نشده باشد؛ از دشنامهای رکیک مستقیم تا طعنههایی که به زن بودن او اشاره میکند.
دخیل بودن دستهای بیگانه: بخشی دیگر از کاربران به دخیل بودن دستهای بیگانهها در انتشار این مقاله اشاره کردهاند.
نداشتن صلاحیت اظهار نظر: کاربران زیادی، بخصوص کاربرانی که مدعی داشتن دانش در دین هستند، خانم فروتن را متهم کردهاند که صلاحیت اظهار نظر درباره یک عالم دین را ندارد. البته این نظرات هم با عبارتهای تحقیرآمیز نسبت به جنسیت نویسنده همراه است.
تهدید و توهین: افرادی زیادی نیز به جای هرگونه استدلال مستقیما به تهدید و توهین نویسنده متوسل شدهاند.
واکنش حتی افرادی که به ظاهر تحصیلکرده هستند نیز، همراه با خشم و توهین و نفرتپراکنی است و این افراد نیز به جای پاسخ منطقی و مستدل، به خانم فروتن تاختهاند و او را فاقد صلاحیت لازم مسلکی (روزنامهنگاری) و دانش دینی برای نقد مولوی ایاز نیازی دانستهاند.
نکتهٔ قابل تأمل این است که صرفا تعداد انگشتشماری از روشنفکرانی که معمولا نگرانی خود را از بازگشت احتمالی طالبان و از دست رفتن ارزشهای دموکراتیک مثل آزادی بیان به صراحت اعلام میکنند، به این مقاله واکنش مثبت نشان دادهاند. اکثر این افراد ظاهرا ترجیح دادهاند در مقابل خشم و نفرتپراکنی غیرمنصفانه در برابر این روزنامهنگار سکوت اختیار کنند.
هزارچهرهٔ زنستیزی
واکاوی عمیقتر نظرات مخالف کاربران شبکههای اجتماعی در برابر این روزنامهنگار نشان میدهد که تقریبا همه آنها دو ویژگی مشترک دارند: خشم نسبت به نقد چهرهای که برای آنها نماد اعتقادات و باورهای آنهاست و خشمی مضاعف از اینکه این نقد از سوی یک «زن» صورت گرفته است. برخی نظرات به گونهای است که گویا نویسنده صرفا به این دلیل که آن مقاله را یک زن نوشته، در خور اعتنا و پاسخگویی نمیداند و پاسخ خود را به لعن و دشنام محدود کرده است.
به عنوان یک روزنامهنگار من هم تجربه نوشتن درباره موضوعات حساسیتبرانگیز را داشتهام؛ از نقد مسئله دیورند گرفته تا نقد چهرههای جهادی. اما حجم واکنشهای خصمانه در برابر این مقالات به شکل غیرقابل مقایسهای کمتر از آنچه بوده که در برابر نوشته خانم فروتن نشان داده میشود. گذشته از آن، در برابر واکنشهای منفی نسبت به مقالاتی که من نوشتهام، افراد زیادی هم بودهاند که از استدلال من استقبال کردهاند و یا لااقل نسبت به آن منصف بودهاند.
جایگاه اجتماعی خانم فروتن به عنوان یک خبرنگار باسابقه و مجری تلویزیونی مسلما در بالا رفتن حساسیتها به سخن او نقش دارد، ولی به همان نسبت انتظار میرود افرادی که موضعی طرفدار و یا منصفانه در برابر او دارند نیز، افزایش پیدا کنند. بااینحال، تعداد کسانی که نوشته او را به صورت منصفانه نقد و یا از آن استقبال کردهاند، از شمار انگشتهای دست بالاتر نمیرود.
مسلما در مقابل هیاهوی افراد کمسوادی که چشموگوشبسته زبان به لعن و دشنام این روزنامهنگار باز کردهاند و «زن بودن» او را دلیلی بر خطا بودن رای و نظر او میدانند، نمیشود از منطق و استدلال حرفی گفت. اما سکوت صدها «روشنفکری» را که از بام تا شام درباره نگرانیهای خود نسبت به بازگشت طالبان و از دست رفتن ارزشهای دموکراتیک و آزادی بیان با آب و تاب سخنسرایی میکنند، چگونه میشود تعبیر کرد؟ شاید این «روشنفکران» هم گمان میکنند توهین و نفرتپراکنی در مقابل یک «زنِ» روزنامهنگار نقض آزادی بیان حساب نمیشود.
استدلال مولوی نیازی؛ بستر فکری جامعه
مولوی نیازی معتقد بود وقتی کسی به مقدسات توهین میکند «مردم مکلف نیستند بپرسند که اعصابش جور است یا نه.» طوری که خانم فروتن در مقاله خود اشاره کرده، مولوی نیازی هرگز نگفت که نفس «انتقام صحرایی» و قتل فجیع فرخنده و به آتش کشیدن جنازه او در بستر خشک دریای کابل غلط بود.
قرنهاست که روحانیون ادیان مختلف حتی پرسش درباره دین را کفرآمیز و مستوجب قتل و به آتش سوختن دانستهاند. موضع مولوی نیازی در جواز داشتن «انتقام صحرایی» از دگراندیشان ادامه باستانیترین موضع نمایندگان دین است. و این نگرش بستر فکری جوامع مذهبی از جمله جامعه افغانستان است؛ فرخنده ملکزاده در همین بستر فکری به قتل رسید و جنازهاش به آتش کشیده شد.
این نگرش نه با مرگ فرخنده از بین رفت و با ترور مولوی ایاز نیازی پایان یافت. این تفکر جزمی و ویرانگر، اکنون در واکنشهای عمومی به مقاله فرحناز فروتن تجلی یافته است. طرفداران مولوی نیازی هنوز هم باور دارند که این حق آنهاست که اگر حتی حس کنند کسی به عقاید آنها توهین میکند، «مکلف نیستند» از منطق و عقل و انصاف بهره گیرند. بلکه باید با تمام قوت با توهین و افترا بر نقدکننده بتازند و او را خاموش کنند. آنها هم هنوز باور دارند که «زن» کوچکتر وبیدانشتر از آن است که حق داشته باشد در برابر یک چهرهٔ دینی حتی به شکلی منصفانه و معقول سخنی بیان کند.
برخورد خصمانه و دور از عقلوانصاف با نوشته فرحناز فروتن باید برای همه آنها که به راستی نگران آزادی بیان در افغانستاناند، هشداری جدی باشد؛ بخصوص در شرایطی که جامعه جهانی و دولت افغانستان پس از نوزده سال ناکامی و فساد تصمیم گرفتهاند که همه ارزشهای انسانی و حقوق شهروندی ما را به گروه تروریستی طالبان باج دهند، تا بلکه از خشونت و قتلعام دست بردارند.
اما آیا کسی این هشدار را جدی خواهد گرفت؟

چرا نامی از قاتلین نمیبرید؟
نیازی هرچه گفته بعد از قتلش بوده، فتوای مرگ فرخنده را نیازی صادر نکرده. البته بهیچوجه آن گفته ها را تایید نمیکنم مگر آن همه بعد از قتل فرخنده شهید بود.
اگر باین سوالات رسیدگی نمودید واقعا غیر وابسته بودن تانرا ثابت خواهید کرد ورنه شما خود شریک جرم قتل فرخنده شهید هستید زیرا قاتلین فرخنذه نورچشمی های مقامات بلند رتبه سیاسی اند که شما را یا پول میدهند یا تهدید میکنند و یا هردو یکی هستید.

در کشور که حکومت وجود داشته هیچ شهر وندی تحت هیچ شرایطی نمیتواند کسی را ولو هرچه گناه بزرگی مرتکب شده باشد به شکل خطرناکی مثل شهید فرخنده به شهادت برساند.
علمای دین نباید از چنین اعمال ناشایست مردم دفاع نمایند، من حیران به این هستم چرا مردم این قدر زن ستیز اند. از یک طرف خودشان را مسلمان میدانند و از طرف دیگر به یک بانوی مسلمان تهمت های به نا حق می بندند و بد زبانی می کنند که خود هیچ در اسلام جایی ندارد.
من به این عقیده ام در کشورهای دارایی حکومت دموکراتبک هر شهر وند حق ابراز نظر و انتقاد را در هر بابت در چوکات قانون دارند.

کوشش میکرد که اکت یا تمثیل کند همان شخصیت مناسب برنامه که باید پیش میبرد ندارد از همان خاطر در طلوع زیاد وقت روان نه اورد
به عقیده خودم شخصی که این خصوصیات را داشته باشد نظر شان زیاد قابل تشویش نیست

خانم فرحناز، میدانم که طی دو سه روز گذشته یک لشکر حامیان جهل و جنایت زیاد علیه شما نوشتند و گفتند، اما باید به این حرفها به اندازه وز وز مگس بهایی قایل نشوی. همیشه یکی بوده که حقیقت را گفته اما ابتدا با تمسخر، ضدیت و حتی بند و زندان و اعدام مواجه شده، اما در نهایت تاریخ آنان را منحیث عناصر بزرگ در دلش ثبت کرده است. خودت حقایق را بیان کردی که طبعا آنکسی که افیون دین و مذهب چشمانش را بسته و وجدانش را کور کرده نمیتواند آنرا ببیند. تاریخ اما قضاوت دیگری خواهد کرد، تاریخ را نمیشود فریب داد و هر چتیات را به نام حقیقت تیر کرد. مولوی نیازی با افکار قرونوسطاییاش چند روزی در سطح فیسبوک مطرح خواهد بود، بعد در گندیدهترین عمق جهالت ثبت تاریخ خواهد گردید. او به عصر حجر تعلق داشت و در جامعه فرو رفته در جهالت و سیاهی اینچنین عناصر خواهی نخواهی حامیانی دارند.

بنظرم یکی از دلایل سکوت افراد با تحصیل که طرفدار استدلال، منطق و بحث هستند اما در همچو مسائل حساس (معمولا دینی) از اظهار نظر پرهیز میکنند، نگرانی جدی امنیت شخصی میباشد. از آنجاییکه اکثریت مخالف استدلال و سوال در موضوعات دینی میباشند، مجبور هستیم که از احتیاط کار بگیریم.
آوردن تغیر در آذهان عامه باید یک پروسه تدریجی و بسیار با احتیاط و با تدبیر باشد. حالانکه اگر کسانی مثل خانم فروتن و شما که خطرات و تهدید ها به شخص خود را نادیده گرفته و در راه عدالت و انصاف اجتماعی مبارزه نکنید، پیشرفت هم صورت نمی گیرد.
